Steven A. Hann
Steven A. Hann, Esq., Principal at Hamburg, Rubin, Mullin, Maxwell & Lupin, and the East Region Solicitor for the Pennsylvania Municipal Authorities Association,recently spoke on stormwater management issues at the Northampton Bar Association’s Municipal Law Colloquium in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Mr. Hann’s presentation included a review of stormwater-related requirements applicable to municipalities, recent court decisions of interest, and the formation of stormwater authorities in Pennsylvania.
Mr. Hann focuses his practice on environmental and municipal law and chairs Hamburg, Rubin, Mullin, Maxwell & Lupin’s Environmental Law Department. In addition to his statewide environmental law practice, Mr. Hann has a substantial municipal law practice, where he represents and advises municipalities and municipal authorities throughout Pennsylvania on a wide variety of issues. A graduate of Temple University School of Law, Steven received his undergraduate degree in Meteorology from Penn State University.
