Wisler Pearlstine Attorneys Benjamin Andersen and Joseph Blackburn Elected to Partnership

Wisler Pearlstine, LLP is pleased to announce that attorneys Benjamin A. Andersen and Joseph M. Blackburn have been elected to partnership.

Benjamin A. Andersen focuses his practice on business litigation and is often consulted by other lawyers for assistance with their most complicated cases. Mr. Andersen has both the temperament and expertise to handle disputes in a wide range of subject matters skillfully and efficiently.

Mr. Andersen’s experience includes cases in the following areas: Breach of contract cases covering a variety of diverse subjects and industries; Copyright and trademark infringement; Disputes over rights in and ownership of residential and commercial real estate (including commercial landlord-tenant disputes);Creditors’ rights (including secured transaction disputes and Adversary Proceedings in U.S. Bankruptcy Courts); and Disputes between co-owners/shareholders of businesses (colloquially termed “business divorces”).

Mr. Andersen has been selected to the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list from 2012-2020. He is a member of the Pennsylvania and Montgomery Bar Associations. A 2001 graduate of Lehigh University, Mr. Andersen earned his law degree from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law in 2005 (Order of the Coif).

Joseph M. Blackburn handles a broad range of real estate, zoning, and land use matters on behalf of corporate and individual clients, including applications to zoning hearing boards for variances and special exceptions, applications to municipal governing bodies for conditional uses, subdivisions to create new building lots, new land development projects, and transactional work related to the preparation of agreements of sale, deeds and easements, and declarations.

Mr. Blackburn is a member of the Pennsylvania, Montgomery, and Bucks County Bar Associations. A 2008 graduate of The Pennsylvania State University, Mr. Blackburn earned his law degree from The Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law in 2012.
