Steven A. Hann, Esq., Principal at Hamburg, Rubin, Mullin, Maxwell & Lupin, and the East Region Solicitor for the Pennsylvania Municipal Authorities Association, recently spoke at the Pennsylvania State Association of Township Supervisor’s 2019 Annual Conference in Hershey, Pennsylvania. The title of his presentation was “Stormwater Compliance: What Your Municipality Needs to Know.” During his presentation, Mr. Hann discussed municipal stormwater obligations in Pennsylvania, including permitting and water quality issues, as well as recent litigation related to stormwater.

Mr. Hann focuses his practice on environmental and municipal law and chairs Hamburg, Rubin, Mullin, Maxwell & Lupin’s Environmental Law Department. In addition to his statewide environmental law practice, Mr. Hann has a substantial municipal law practice, where he represents and advises municipalities and municipal authorities throughout Pennsylvania on a wide variety of issues. A graduate of Temple University School of Law, Steven received his undergraduate degree in Meteorology from Penn State University.
