Benjamin A. Andersen focuses his practice on business litigation and is often consulted by other lawyers for assistance with their most complicated cases. Mr. Andersen has both the temperament and expertise to handle disputes in a wide range of subject matters skillfully and efficiently. Mr. Andersen’s experience includes cases in the following areas:

- Creditors’ rights (including secured transaction disputes and Adversary Proceedings in U.S. Bankruptcy Courts);

- Disputes between co-owners/shareholders of businesses (colloquially termed “business divorces”);

- Copyright and trademark infringement;

- Legal and accounting malpractice defense;

- Disputes over rights in and ownership of residential and commercial real estate; and

- Breach of contract cases covering a variety of diverse subjects and industries.

Mr. Andersen was selected to the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list seven consecutive years from 2012-2018. Each year, no more than 2.5 percent of the eligible lawyers in the state are selected by the research team at Super Lawyers to receive this honor. Mr. Andersen is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Montgomery Bar Association, and the Montgomery Child Advocacy Program. A graduate of Lehigh University (2001), Mr. Andersen earned his law degree from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law (J.D., Order of the Coif, 2005).
