Wisler Pearlstine, LLP is pleased to announce that David I. Singh has joined the firm as an associate.

Mr. Singh is a member of the firm’s Commercial Litigation practice group. He represents commercial businesses, private individuals, and educational institutions in a wide variety of commercial and civil litigation matters in state and federal courts, including actions involving contract, labor/employment, real estate, and construction issues, as well as compliance with applicable regulations.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Singh gained litigation experience in a wide array of settings. While in law school, he was the only second-year law student selected to become a student attorney in the Villanova University School of Law Clinic for Asylum, Refugee, and Emigrant Services, where he successfully represented asylum seekers before the United States Department of Homeland Security. Mr. Singh was also a certified legal intern for the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office, where he litigated hundreds of cases in the Pretrials Unit.

After graduating law school, Mr. Singh worked for two litigation firms based in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, respectively, where he represented and counseled commercial businesses and educational institutions, with a particular focus on the defense of business licenses in administrative actions as well as the defense of claims brought against professional and educational institutions.

Mr. Singh is a member of the Pennsylvania, Montgomery, and Chester County Bar Associations. He earned his undergraduate degree from Drexel University, magna cum laude, in 2012 and his law degree from Villanova University School of Law in 2015. Throughout his time at Villanova, Mr. Singh was recognized in both intra-school and national competitions for his oral advocacy and legal writing abilities, including winning the Best Brief Award at the region’s prestigious 65th New York City Bar Association National Moot Court Competition.
