Bagley recently presented at the Solicitors’ Workshop sponsored by the Delaware Valley Municipal Management Association on the topic “Sign Ordinances After Reed v. Town of Gilbert, Arizona.” The presentation included a discussion of the impact of the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision in Reed v. Town of Gilbert, Arizona upon municipal sign ordinances and focused on the drafting of “content-neutral” ordinances following the Reed decision. Geoffrey L. Beauchamp, Esq. of Delaware Valley Municipal Management Association was a co-presenter.

Joseph M. Bagley is a partner with the firm and a member of the Municipal Law and Real Estate, Zoning, and Land Development Departments.
