Lee & Associates of Eastern Pennsylvania, a fully-integrated commercial real estate brokerage and management firm, has announced the promotion of Patrick Lafferty II to Principal. Formerly Vice President, Mr. Lafferty began his career with Lee & Associates in 2015 as an Associate.

In his continued role with the company, Mr. Lafferty will work with tenants, landlords, investment entities and institutional owners of commercial real estate to provide timely and feasible solutions to their real estate requirements. He focuses primarily on flex/industrial properties throughout the greater Philadelphia area, with a concentration on the I-95 and I-295 corridors in southeastern Pennsylvania and Southern New Jersey. Mr. Lafferty functions as a tenant representative to companies looking to lease space or acquire real estate assets, and also handles the interests of landlords, owners and investors of commercial real estate. His clients include both local and national tenants and owners.

Throughout his commercial real estate career, Mr. Lafferty has been involved in the leasing or sale of more than 5.3 million square feet of transactions.

Mr. Lafferty has more than 13 years of diversified business and commercial real estate experience. He earned a degree in Commerce and Engineering from the LeBow College of Business at Drexel University.
