Lee & Associates of Eastern Pennsylvania, a fully-integrated commercial real estate brokerage and management firm, has announced the promotion William (Bill) Shrader to Principal. Mr. Shrader has been associated with Lee & Associates since2018 and was formerly Vice President.

In his continued role with the company, Mr. Shrader will handle tenant and landlord representation activities with a focus on industrial, flex/office and warehouse properties throughout the greater Philadelphia and central Pennsylvania region. This includes developing and executing customized real estate strategies for companies with new location or expansion requirements. He will also handle the identification and acquisition of assets on behalf of investors and owners, as well as oversee the disposition of properties for different ownerships and entities. This includes overseeing all research and negotiation activities.

Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Mr. Shrader functioned as Vice President of Real Estate for Giant Food and prior to that The GIANT Company; both divisions of Ahold USA, where he directed strategic planning, site selection and lease negotiations for the regional grocery store chains, including new market entry programs. In roles that spanned more than 23 years, Mr. Shrader oversaw numerous market areas in the Mid-Atlantic region that included portions of Pennsylvania, Maryland, West Virginia, Virginia, Washington D.C, and Delaware.

He has more than 30 years of diversified business and commercial real estate experience and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University. Mr. Shrader functioned as Board Chair for the National MS Society, Pennsylvania Keystone Chapter for three years.
