Lee & Associates of Eastern Pennsylvania has brokered a lease with Veterans Reaching Out, Inc. for 2,000 square feet of space within 30-32 W. Main Street, a 4,400 square foot retail shopping center located in Palmyra, Pennsylvania. Gary Nalbandian, Principal with Lee & Associates of Eastern Pennsylvania represented both the tenant and the landlord/owner, Palm Plaza Associates in this lease transaction. The tenant is expected to be operational this month.
Veterans Reaching Out is a non-profit corporation dedicated to providing United States veterans and their families with essential resources and services. This includes education about available programs, health and wellness.
30-32 W. Main Street is a single-story retail shopping center offering roadside visibility from PA Route 422, with more than 17,000 vehicles passing the site on a daily basis. The center is located in Lebanon County in the borough of Palmyra and is approximately three miles from downtown Hershey.
“Our research indicated the large presence of United States veterans in the immediate radius of this shopping center, and the roadside visibility and availability of exterior signage will make it easier for this target audience to find and access the location,” explained Gary Nalbandian of Lee & Associates.
