Stark’s recent accomplishments include serving as an Owner’s Representative for completion of a 25,000-square-foot build-to-suit building for Maillie, LLP in Limerick, PA; completion of the River House at Odette’s, a boutique hotel in New Hope, PA; and space renovations for Performance Garage, a Philadelphia non-profit dedicated to supporting the professional dance and performing arts communities.
“Jennifer is committed to providing best-in-class services to Avison Young’s clients,” said David Fahey, Principal and Managing Director. “Her leadership skills and can-do attitude will strengthen our reputation as the best Project Management team in the region.”
With over 25 years of experience, Stark is a licensed architect, with an advanced degree in historic preservation, and a Certified Sustainable Building Advisor.
