ROCK Commercial Real Estate Represents Landlord in Transaction
ROCK Commercial Real Estate, an industry leader in South Central Pennsylvania, announced today that Grace & Crepes Company signed a 3,861-square-foot lease at 14 Carlisle Street in Hanover, Pennsylvania. The creperie will serve sweet and savory crepes as well as other unique brunch items. The grand opening is projected around March 2021.
Naomi Brown, of ROCK Commercial Real Estate, represented the landlord while Adam Druck and Sergio Mannino of Lime House Realty, represented the tenant.
“We were attracted to the Downtown Hanover location,” said Candice Lacks, co-owner of Grace & Crepes Company. “My husband and I are foodies and we love talking over coffee, crepes, and tea. This location will allow us to share what we love with the downtown and surrounding communities.” Ms. Lacks added, “We named the restaurant Grace because we are thankful for the grace that God gives us. Grace is also our daughter Trinity’s middle name, which she is tickled about. You might even catch her serving tea to some of our future customers! This year has been tough on most of us and we want to bring light and hope to our community. We are looking forward to serving some delicious and unique breakfast and lunch items with a candlelight of hope as well.”

14 Carlisle Street is a three-story, mixed-use property located just off the square in the heart of Downtown Hanover, Pennsylvania. The building is owned by Joseph Geeting.
