River House at Odette’s, a new luxury lifestyle hotel and event venue in New Hope, PA, has officially debuted.

River House pays homage to the historic cabaret, Chez Odette, which once occupied the site. The hotel was designed by Balongue Design in partnership with Stokes Architecture + Design, weaving in New Hope’s past and present industrial ties with contemporary elements and features.

Situated along the Delaware River, steps away from the Delaware Canal State Park, the 54,000-square-foot property features 36 beautifully appointed guestrooms and suites with sweeping views of the Delaware River and the surrounding mountains. The iconic venue also offers meeting spaces including a waterfront ceremony space, a 200-guest ballroom and sophisticated meeting rooms for groups.

Avison Young served as Owner’s Representatives for Refined Hospitality, the management company for River House and its sister property, The Reeds at Shelter Haven in Stone Harbor, NJ, to oversee design, construction and completion of the hotel and event venue.
