Cushman & Wakefield announced today that the real estate services firm has arranged the sale of 2100 Mack Boulevard, a 250,000-square-foot office property in Allentown.
Cushman & Wakefield’s New Jersey-based team of Andy Merin, David Bernhaut, Gary Gabriel, Brian Whitmer, Kyle Schmidt, Frank DiTommaso and Seth Zuidema, along with Gerry Blinebury from the firm’s Harrisburg office, represented the seller, J.G. Petrucci Company, and procured the buyer, BHN Associates.

2100 Mack Boulevard serves as the lead administrative facility for Lehigh Valley Health Network, which has more than eight hospital campuses and numerous health centers, physician practices, rehabilitation locations, ExpressCARE sites and other outpatient care facilities throughout the region. Lehigh Valley Health Network has occupied the building since 2009. Prior to that, the property served as the headquarters for Mack Trucks.
The six-story property is situated on an expansive 22-acre site and boasts a large scale auditorium, fully-equipped fitness center, full-service cafeteria with floor-to-ceiling windows, upgraded office space, sixth floor skylights, access to office balconies with outdoor seating and abundant on-site parking.
The asset is conveniently located immediately off of I-78 in Allentown, which has experienced a 15% population growth over the last decade, as well as one mile from Allentown Queen City Municipal Airport, four miles from I-476 and Route 4 and 11.5 miles from Route 33.
