CRED IQ, the commercial real estate data, analytics and valuation startup has launched its sales and marketing campaign with the addition of Shane Beeson as Director of Sales.

Shane joins CRED iQ with over 25 years of broad-based sales, business and real estate experience. He was most recently with Hanley Wood, a media and marketing company serving the real estate industry. Beeson also held sales and business development positions with Morningstar Credit Ratings, Trepp, and the Commercial Mortgage Securities Association (now CREFC).

“Bringing Shane onto our team was an easy decision.” Said CRED iQ Co-Founder, Mike Haas. “We knew that Shane’s background of selling different commercial real estate data and technology products would be the perfect combination for CRED iQ. He’s a great fit for us and we are all pumped to have him.”

Shane’s experience with CRE data and SaaS products is a natural fit for the recently launched data analytics and valuation platform. “Mike, Bill and their technology team have created an affordable, objective and interactive platform that is going to be a huge value-add to our clients. I cannot wait to start showing this powerful tool to CMBS and CRE market participants.”

Since its soft launch in May 2020, CRED iQ has been gaining traction among CRE professionals as a more robust and less expensive alternative to existing platforms.

CRED iQ Co-Founder, Bill Petersen said, “We are extremely proud of the platform that we’ve built, and have observed a significant increase in traffic to our site in the third quarter. With Shane now leading sales and marketing efforts, we expect traffic to continue to increase in the fourth quarter and throughout 2021. We know he is the right person to showcase the platform to the broader market.”
