-- 24 Hour Health Club Set to Open Soon in Leesport, PA --

Anytime Fitness, a worldwide health and fitness center with over 4,000 franchised locations in 50 countries will soon be expanding its 24 hours a day, seven day a week, 365 days a year concept in the Leesport area with a new location at 5479 Pottsville Pike in Leesport Plaza.

The 38,260 square foot shopping center is anchored by Tower Health’s Reading Hospital Laboratory. The shopping center is a mix of office, medical and retail uses.

Whether new to working out or a seasoned pro Anytime Fitness provides a variety of training options, guidance and support to help members stay on track and reach goals to “make healthy happen.” Anytime Fitness has been labeled as “the fastest growing fitness franchise” of all time by Inc.com.

The supreme convenience of round the clock operations is served with a surprisingly personable experience. Troy Longenecker, operator of nearby West Lawn, PA Anytime Fitness club will be replicating his highly successful formula in Leesport – one that excels at creating a comfortable, safe environment for members to work out in. “The culture inside our clubs, is unlike any gym in the area. We work diligently to create a community atmosphere – our members are a part of a fitness family,” states Troy.

Anytime Fitness expects to be operational by December of this year.

Derek Zerfass of the Colliers Allentown office brokered the deal and is the exclusive representative to Anytime Fitness in the Lehigh Valley and Northeastern PA. The landlord was represented by Arlene Gray of LMS Commercial Real Estate.
