Former CEO and President of RAIT Financial Trust will oversee all legal matters for the commercial real estate firm

Keystone today announced the hiring of Jamie Reyle, Esq. as the real estate company’s General Counsel.

Based in Keystone’s Conshohocken headquarters, Reyle will oversee all of Keystone’s legal affairs, including real estate transactions, corporate compliance and litigation. He will also be responsible for managing the company’s relationships with outside counsel as well as advising senior management and executives on legal matters.

Before joining the Keystone team, Reyle was the CEO, President and General Counsel of RAIT Financial Trust, a REIT, focused on managing a portfolio of commercial real estate loans and properties. He was responsible for developing, overseeing and directing all strategic plans, operations and objectives, as well as formulating and approving investment and personnel decisions for the publicly-traded, hybrid REIT as it transitioned to a monoline mortgage REIT. He has also worked as an Associate at both Ledgewood, P.C. and Cozen O’Connor, P.C.

Reyle earned his J.D. from Villanova, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. He also earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics from Colgate University.
