Haverford Properties has appointed CBRE as the exclusive leasing agent for their recently acquired project at Eagle Yards.Formerly known as Evolve Corporate Center, the complex is comprised of 12 single-story office buildings located at the intersection of Old Eagle School Road and Devon Park Drive in Wayne, Pennsylvania.
Under new ownership, the 386,534 sq. ft. office complex will undergo renovations including cosmetic façade upgrades, new roofs, plumbing, mechanical improvements and landscaping.
CBRE’s Scott Gabrielsen and Tyler Kopen will oversee the leasing campaign at the property on behalf of Haverford Properties.
“Eagle Yards is ideally located in tax-free Tredyffrin Township, just minutes from the King of Prussia Mall and King of Prussia Town Center,” stated Mr. Gabrielsen of CBRE. “Each of the twelve buildings has its own separate tenant entrance and surface parking in front of each suite. In today’s new world having a private entrance and an individualized office suite is very attractive and every building offers that.”
Currently, Eagle Yards is home to 80 different tenants including AssetWorks, YSC Academy and Main Line Dermatology, to name a few.
Available spaces vary in size from small suites to full-building opportunities up to 30,000 sq. ft.The current asking price is $28.50 per sq. ft., plus electric.
