The asset sold for $7,700,000 or $245.22 a square foot.
Craig Dunkle and Mher M. Vartanian, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Philadelphia office secured the buyer for the transaction, a limited liability company based in Pennsylvania.
The listing was exclusively marketed on behalf of the seller by The Mansour Group, also of Marcus & Millichap.
