Local business joins longtime tenants
J.G. Petrucci Co., Inc., one of the region’s leading development and design/build construction firms, has successfully signed one new lease and renewed two existing tenants at 2198 Industrial Drive, Bethlehem, PA.
New to the building is premier supplier of fresh, high-quality extra virgin olive oil, Millpress Imports. This family-owned company, currently headquartered at a nearby J.G. Petrucci owned and operated building, will be taking 10,000 sq. ft. at Industrial Drive. The additional space will serve as overflow storage for the specialty food importer to meet their rapidly increasing product demand.

Along with Millpress Imports, Cooper Electric, one of the nation’s most prominent electrical supply distributors, has signed a lease extension for their 25,064 sq. ft. suite.
PolyOne Corporation, a leading provider of specialized custom color and additive concentrates, has also renewed its lease of 32,000 sq. ft. to supplement their Highland Avenue operations, just miles from 2198 Industrial Dr.
