Playa Bowls, a popular sustainable foodservice establishment along the East Coast, is preparing to open its newest location in Easton, PA. This quick-serve restaurant will bring environmentally conscious cuisine to the Lehigh Valley retail market, an area in which the market currently lacks. The new location will help bridge this market gap.

Playa Bowls provides healthy, eco-friendly food options to its customers and prides itself on educating its patrons on how to live more sustainably. Its mission to lessen its impact on the environment is also embedded in its menu and operations—its stores are built with 100% LED technology and 50% reclaimed or refurbished materials while its menu items are served using plant-based tableware.

Health-conscious foodies will soon be able to order acai bowls, pitaya bowls, smoothies, soups, salads, and more in store at the Lower Nazareth Commons Shopping Center, located at 3770 Dryland Way in Easton, PA.

Lower Nazareth Commons Shopping Center, notable for its excellent location, access and visibility is situated in the Easton, PA. Playa Bowls joins tenants Buffalo Wild Wings, PNC Bank, Longhorn Steakhouse, The Vitamin Shoppe, AT&T, Chick-fil-a, European Wax Center, Highmark Blue Shield, Jersey Mike’s Subs, Blo Blow Dry Bar, Kay Jewelers, Hand & Stone, Nail Trix, Great Clips, So Fun Frozen Yogurt, Five Guys, Five Below, Petco, and Burlington Coat Factory. 

Scott Horner of Colliers International’s Allentown office brokered the deal at the popular shopping center and represented Playa Bowls. The landlord was represented by Regency Centers Corporation.
