Two Leases Signed in Port Richmond Neighborhood

Richard L. Soloff of Soloff Realty & Development, Inc. concluded two leases with Gobrands, Inc. d/b/a goPuff totaling 7,560 SF. The digital convenience delivery service will occupy two separate spaces in the Aramingo Village shopping center totaling 7,560 SF: 6,060 SF for warehouse / distribution and 1,500 SF for a beer/take-out store. Aramingo Village is located at Aramingo Avenue & Castor Avenue in the Port Richmond section of the city.

Soloff was the sole broker in this transaction.

Other tenants within the center include, Dollar Tree, Snipes, Wilson Meats, Little Caesars, T-Mobile, and Wendy’s & Boston Market on pads. Only two in-line retail spaces are left - 3,500 SF & 1,500 SF.
