ROCK Commercial Real Estate Brokers Transaction

ROCK Commercial Real Estate, an industry leader in South Central Pennsylvania, announced today that Sign of the Horse Brewery inked a 4,850-square-foot lease at 979 York Street in Hanover, Pennsylvania. The brew pub will serve a variety of their own freshly brewed beers as well as a full pub menu. Their grand opening is scheduled for Tuesday, October 22nd, 2019 at 3:00 p.m.

Nate Resh and John Birkeland, of ROCK Commercial Real Estate, brokered the transaction.

“We were immediately attracted to the character of the space,” said Brad Wilson, co-owner of Sign of the Horse Brewery. “979 York Street also provides us the opportunity to expand so that we won’t have to search for a new location as our brewery grows.”

979 York Street is a 12,010-square-foot, free-standing, multi-tenant building in Hanover, PA that is also home to Earling Chiropractic Clinic, Companions at Peace, Inc., and Homefield Advantage.
