ROCK Commercial Real Estate, an industry leader in South Central Pennsylvania, announced today that Renal Treatment Centers Mid Atlantic, Inc. dba DaVita signed a 7,620-square-foot lease at the Willow Valley Professional Building. The 15,000-square-foot, two-story, medical office building is located at 226 Willow Valley Lakes Drive in Willow Street, Pennsylvania. It is surrounded by other medical and professional offices including Penn Medicine – Lancaster General Health and the newly opened VA Clinic.
