CBRE today announced that it has arranged a lease for Venture X, a premium membership-based workspace community for entrepreneurs and businesses at Gateway at Greenway Park in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.
CBRE First Vice President Jody King is the exclusive leasing agent for Gateway at Greenway Park on behalf of the building’s landlord, Dennis Benner. King also represented Venture X in the transaction.
Venture X will occupy 13,000 sq. ft. of office space at Gateway at Greenway Park, a building recognized for leading the redevelopment and renaissance of South Bethlehem.The South Bethlehem location will be fully operational in January 2020.
“In addition to the state-of-the-art space in Bethlehem, planning is well underway for additional Venture X sites in Easton and Allentown,” noted King. “These locations will be owned and operated by ALYNUS Inc., a local company with significant experience in flexible office space management.”

Venture X is joining anchor tenants Lehigh University and St. Luke’s University Health Network at the 127,832 sq. ft. mixed-use property. Other tenants include Zest Bar and Grille, Vita Medical Associates, P.C., Quadratus Construction Management and Taza Egyptian Cuisine, among others.
