The Colliers International Logistics and Transportation Solutions team of Mark Chubb, Michael Zerbe, Summer Coulter continues to illustrate expert knowledge of the Eastern PA industrial logistics hub to owners and occupiers with over 4 MSF and 190 acres in transactions in the vicinity between Memorial Day and Labor Day 2019. In the fast-paced logistics and warehousing/fulfillment “big-box” real estate sector – there is no summer slowdown!

Eastern Pennsylvania had a very strong second quarter in terms of leasing activity and the Colliers team’s new leases accounted for a third of all Q2 new occupier activity in the EPA market.
