Saucon Valley Square welcomed their newest tenant, local landmark beverage store, Se-Wy-Co Beverage. Se-Wy-Co recently moved after 28 years at their previous location a mere two blocks away from Saucon Valley Square. The long-time local beer distributor has moved their shingles to the space right next to Casa Mia Pizzeria. The 1,600 SF space affords them the parking needed and updated space they wanted to showcase a wider variety of beverage choices for their customers. The new location also exposes them to more foot traffic, easier access and puts them with great complimentary tenants.

Saucon Valley Square is located at 3691 PA-378 in Bethlehem, PA and is also home to Dollar Tree, Maxx Fitness, Werkheiser Jewelers as well as a 40,000 SF building, formerly the home of Revolutions bowling and entertainment center. The former Revolutions space is currently vacant and available for lease or sale.
