EDGE Commercial Real Estate has brokered a lease with The Sherwin-Williams Company for 46,438 square feet of space within 6401 Virginia Manor Road, a single-story, 55,000 square foot warehouse/industrial building situated in the Beltsville section of Prince George’s County. Approximately 40 employees are expected to relocate to this facility from a nearby building to handle showroom and distribution activities for the national manufacturer and supplier of paints and coatings. This lease elevates occupancy of the building, featuring 24’ 8” clear ceiling heights and dock loading capabilities to 87%. 6401 Virginia Manor Road is located within immediate proximity to MD Routes 206 and 212 and US Route 1, as well as several miles from MD Route 200 (Intercounty Connector) and Interstate 95. It is surrounded by a number of business communities and dense residential neighborhoods.
Sherwin-Williams is moving from a building formerly occupied by Duron Co., the Beltsville-based manufacturer of paints and industrial coatings acquired by the Cleveland-headquartered company in 2004.
