15 employee company expected to relocate from Springfield, VA area next month

EDGE Commercial Real Estate has brokered a lease with Conservation Resources International, Inc. for 9,660 square feet of space within 7350 Lockport Place, a single-story warehouse/industrial building situated in the Lorton section of Northern Virginia. Approximately 15 employees are expected to relocate to this facility from the Springfield, Virginia area to house the company’s new corporate headquarters and light manufacturing activities. Founded more than 30 years ago, Conservation Resources International is engaged in the manufacture and distribution of materials used in the archival storage industry. Products include document cases, corrugated boxes, file folders, framing and matting materials, tissue paper and other items needed by libraries, museums and art galleries to protect and store valuable and fragile documents, paintings and other artifacts. 7350 Lockport Place is a 66,100 square foot building contained within the Northern Virginia Industrial Park, a 15-building business community featuring more than 800,000 square feet of industrial and warehouse space. The buildings are equipped with 18 foot ceiling heights, drive-in and dock loading capabilities and free parking and are located adjacent to VA Route 611 (Telegraph Road). Both US Route 1 and Interstate 95 are situated less than three miles from the site.
