Marcus & Millichap Arranges The Sale Of A 2,160 SF Net-Leased Property

Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate investment services firm with offices throughout the United States and Canada, has announced the sale of Key Bank, a 2,160-square foot net-leased property located in Greensburg, PA, according to Josh Caruana, regional manager of the firm’s Indianapolis office. The asset sold for $1,030,000.

Jeremie Johnson and Nathan D. Whalen, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Indianapolis office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor, along with Corey Hoffman of Edge Commercial. The buyer, a local investor, was secured and represented by Jeremie Johnson and Nathan D. Whalen with Mark Taylor, Broker, assisting in closing this transaction.

Key Bank is located at 800 E Pittsburgh St in Greensburg, PA. The tenant has a long historical occupancy at the site and a local buyer understood the success and value of the location.
