Ryan Dietrick and Kelly Berfield of Colliers International’s Allentown office have facilitated the transfer of a historic mill building at 207 Rail Road Street in Kutztown PA on behalf of Radius USA, who will be expanding to another Kutztown location. The former Haeffner-Dietrich Feed Mill was originally built in 1863. At the time it was considered an integrated machine, powered by a steam engine driving the various processing machines within. With cathedral-like ceilings, dramatic oak trusses and Kutztown brick walls the building in more recent history has served as a stately headquarters and high-tech manufacturing facility for the RADIUS Toothbrush brand. New ownership has a long family history in the building and expects to announce their future plans soon.
