As the outdoor lifestyle center nears capacity, additional tenants are announced
CBRE Global Investors, the real estate investment, development and management firm behind King of Prussia Town Center has finalized four new leases to join the 260,000 square-foot upscale outdoor lifestyle center in 2019.
The booming Montgomery County destination will welcome service-oriented tenants including: Verizon, slated to open in March; Drybar, a premier blow dry bar slated to open in March; Smile Direct, a cosmetic dentistry company slated to open late May; and Heart + Paw, an independent pet shop slated to open late September.
“We are excited to bring more of the high-demand, experiential tenants that the King of Prussia Town Center has become a destination for since 2016,” said Joe Mancuso, Managing Director at CBRE. “We have been strategic in selecting complementary businesses that add to the current tenant mix and downtown feel of the Town Center. “
Experiences are the pinnacle of the outdoor lifestyle center, which is centered around a communal green space which is activated with free events and programming, including movies, live music, fitness events, and more. The pedestrian-friendly atmosphere channels an experience found in a downtown urban environment – where patrons can find a balanced mix of offerings – from familiar national favorites like Ulta Beauty and Nordstrom Rack, to independent specialty shops and unique dining concepts like Duck Donuts, Founding Farmers, Kilwin’s and Vitality Bowls.
