McCabe will lead engagements and provide consulting on client projects, focusing on strategic human resources initiatives including areas such as HR strategy, HRIS selections and implementations, HR vendor management, and business process improvement.

Prior to joining AC Lordi, he served as Managing Director, Chief Human Resources Officer for The Bancorp Bank where he built a staff of HR professionals to provide strategic and day-to-day services, including benefits, compensation, learning & development, and recruiting to employees in nine U.S. cities and three European locations. He also was Head of Human Resources and member of the Executive Leadership Team for a specialty niche primary insurer owned by Munich Re America.
