New Diligence Advisors LLC (NDA), a national third-party review firm, announced today that Suzanne Singer has joined the company as senior vice president of business development.
In this position, Singer will be responsible for expanding the NDA customer base and developing and executing strategic initiatives. She is based in the Washington, DC area and will report directly to Ann Gibbons, managing director of NDA.
Singer has more than 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry. Most recently, she served as senior managing director for Clayton Holdings LLC, a provider of loan due diligence services that was purchased by Radian Group, Inc. Prior to that, she was executive vice president of sales and marketing for GoRion (f/k/a Litigation Guard), a developer of mortgage-lending risk management tools and technology services. During her career Singer has also held client management and business development roles at Auction.com, Wingspan Portfolio Advisors, GMAC-RFC and Option One Mortgage Corporation. She began her career as a specialist in the community development investment group at Freddie Mac. Singer received her B.A. in Economics from The College of William and Mary.
