The newest tenant, Sagent Lending Technologies, a leading innovator in automotive lending origination technology, automotive lending servicing technology, and process solutions, as well as comprehensive mortgage and consumer loan servicing solutions.

The structure provides 205,424 square feet of total rentable space and 45-foot column spacing.
