
CBRE announced today that it has arranged a long-term lease for Vita Medical Associates, P.C. at Gateway at Greenway Park in South Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. The medical group—which specializes in gastroenterology, hematology/oncology and medical oncology—will occupy approximately 6,800 square-feet on the second floor of the six-story building.
CBRE Vice President Jody King is the exclusive leasing agent for Gateway at Greenway Park on behalf of the building’s landlord, Dennis Benner of Greenway 1, Inc.
“We are so excited to welcome Vita Medical to Gateway at Greenway Park,” said Ms. King. “Vita is celebrating their twenty-fifth anniversary this year and we are thrilled that they have chosen to join the South Bethlehem community.”
Vita Medical is expected to relocate its 17 employees from Fountain Hill, Pennsylvania into its new space on December 1. The medical group joins Sagra Beans Coffee House & Roastery, Taza Egyptian Cuisine, Grille 3501 and anchor tenants Lehigh University and St. Luke’s University Health Network.
Gateway at Greenway Park currently has 8,000 square-feet available for lease on the first floor and 2,000 square-feet available on the second floor.
