Guardian Capital Partners is pleased to announce the promotion of Adrian R. Ironside to Partner. Mr. Ironside has various responsibilities relating to the investment activities of our Guardian, including deal sourcing, transaction-based due diligence, transaction modeling, negotiating and structuring, portfolio company monitoring and managing exit strategies. Mr. Ironside joined Guardian in 2008 as a Senior Associate and has participated in dozens of transactions with Guardian over the last ten years and also serves as a board member of McCubbin Hosiery LLC, Carson-Dellosa Publishing LLC, Engineered Network Systems LLC, and SMG Extol LLC d/b/a Direct Line.

Prior to joining Guardian, Adrian had an extensive professional career in technology operations and management, project management, and software development. Spending eight years with Goldman Sachs, Inc. in its Private Wealth Management division, he had oversight responsibility for three business critical software development teams and rose to Senior Manager.

Mr. Ironside earned his MBA with a triple concentration in finance, strategic management and entrepreneurship from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and his BS in computer science and mathematics from Morehouse College where he graduated summa cum laude.
