Justin Reger
PeakEquity Partners announced today that Justin Reger has joined the firm as Principal in its Radnor headquarters. Justin is responsible for originating, evaluating and managing investments in enterprise software and solutions companies.
Justin brings nearly 20 years of business experience, with the last 11 years focused on private equity primarily in the technology sector. He spent nine years at LLR Partners, where he was responsible for leading the firm’s enterprise application software practice. Previously, Justin was with Citigroup where he advised private equity firms on leveraged buyouts. He began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers where he led advisory engagements around M&A transactions and forensic investigations.
“With the recent final closing of PeakEquity Partners I, L.P., we are thrilled to welcome Justin to the PeakEquity team. He brings over a decade of software investing experience and many years of working with high growth technology businesses that will accelerate our ability to invest in and support leading enterprise software companies,” said PeakEquity Co-Founder and Partner, Greg Case. “My Co-Founder, Paul Winn, and I worked seamlessly with Justin at LLR Partners so we expect him to hit the ground running.”
“The focus on buyouts and minority recapitalizations of enterprise software companies and the amount of operational depth and attention PeakEquity can offer its portfolio companies really differentiates the firm,” added Reger. “Plus, the opportunity to reunite with Greg and Paul and join the rest of the PeakEquity team to drive value to our limited partners is a very exciting challenge I look forward to tackling.”
