Award-Winning Biohazard Remediation and Hoarding Cleanup Company to Open this Fall in Beaver County
Steri-Clean®, the award-winning company helping to reduce the trauma associated with the difficult task of cleaning crime and trauma scenes, infectious diseases and hoarding homes, is slated to open its first Pittsburgh area location this October. The local facility will be based in Beaver Falls. Established in 1995 by Cory Chalmers, TV Star and lead expert of the hit cable television show "Hoarders," Steri-Clean’s local business is owned and operated by long-time area residents and husband and wife team, Marc and Rachel Cline.
At Steri-Clean, a professional, kind and caring staff work to help millions of people across the country perform the unthinkable and the impossible, not only restoring their homes but also restoring their lives. Steri-Clean is known as the industry leader for biohazard services. Steri-Clean contracts directly with law enforcement agencies and fire departments to provide affordable, efficient and quick emergency vehicle and equipment, jail/holding cell and evidence room cleanup. In addition, Steri-Clean has numerous hoarding cleanup options, which range from a complete clean out of clutter, to organizing and recovering items of importance. Hoarding remediation is a specialized service, which requires particular skills and qualities to achieve a successful result for homeowners and their families.
The Clines were first inspired to start the local franchise after seeing the television show, “Hoarders.” They recognized a need in the area to help those struggling to regain control of their homes due to hoarding.
Rachel Cline, franchise owner and president, said: “We understand the psychology behind the hoarding disorder. Part of what makes us different is that we custom tailor a plan for each customer according to their individual needs and goals. Our top priority is not to clean out a house. Anyone can do that. We are deeply committed to the process of assisting our clients in a way that meets their emotional needs in addition to successfully cleaning up their home. Everyone who comes to us for help will receive the greatest amount of attention, compassion and respect.”
With Steri-Clean’s new location in the Pittsburgh market, the local owners are looking to expand their team with employment opportunities beginning immediately. Cline continued, “Steri-Clean offers the opportunity for those with no prior-experience to receive in-depth, expert training to provide these vital services to consumers and law enforcement agencies. We are thrilled to bring Steri-Clean to the Pittsburgh area, and look forward to serving our community."
Steri-Clean Inc. offers franchises with two divisions: a hoarding remediation division called Steri-Clean (www.hoarders.com) and a Biohazard cleanup division called Crime-Scene Steri-Clean (www.crime-cleaners.com). Other Steri-Clean services include suicide cleanup, pet cleanup, traffic accident cleanup and more.
Steri-Clean Pittsburgh is located at 2750 Constitution Blvd, Beaver Falls, PA 15010.
