CAMP HILL, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--LINKBANK is pleased to announce the appointment of Anson Flake and Diane Poillon to its Board of Directors and the Board of Directors of its holding company, LINKBANCORP, Inc.

Mr. Flake is the Co-Founder and former CEO of HydroWorx International, Inc., the Middletown, Pa. – based sports medicine and healthcare manufacturing company. During his tenure at HydroWorx, he served as Vice President of Legal and Business Affairs, responsible for intellectual property, business planning and legal matters, and as Chief Executive Officer from 1997 through 2016. Mr. Flake received his law degree from Washburn University School of Law. Firmly committed to community service, his primary benevolence passion has been working with the Eagle and HydroEagle Foundations to provide tools to rehabilitate active duty U.S. military personnel and veterans and supporting PA Lyme Resource Network, a Lyme Disease advocacy and educational organization. In addition, Mr. Flake teaches an entrepreneurship unit at Trinity High School (Camp Hill, Pa.) and is a founding member of the NEXT Council, a mentorship program for business owners in transition.

Ms. Poillon is a respected business and community leader in Central Pennsylvania, with over thirty years of experience in the hospitality and real estate business. Ms. Poillon is currently President and Chief Executive Officer of Willow Valley Associates, having previously served in multiple positions including as Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President of Focus Service Hotels, and Director of Learning and Development. She is a third-generation family member of the Thomas Family who founded Willow Valley in 1966. Ms. Poillon received her undergraduate degree from Messiah College and MBA from Millersville University. Her service to the community has included board service and other leadership roles with the Lancaster Chamber of Commerce and Water Street Mission and the Messiah College President’s Leadership Council.
