The purpose is to bring Pittsburgh CEOs and top executives together with their peers for high-level leadership discussions and learning about best practices in leadership and business. The new advisory board is patterned after the CEO Roundtable in Boston, MA. which has been in operation for over 20 years. Truskie notes that the Boston Roundtable has had an impact in changing the lives of executives and their companies by providing a venue for invigorating, confidential discussions, ideas and insights.

Like the Boston Roundtable, "We plan to bring CEOs together with their peers for monthly meetings so members can to discuss business issues, share expertise, and provide one another confidential help to achieve their goals.
