SHIPPENSBURG, Pa., (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Orrstown Financial Services, Inc. (NASDAQ: ORRF), the bank holding company for Orrstown Bank, announced the successful closing of the previously announced acquisition of Hamilton Bancorp, Inc. (Nasdaq: HBK).
