KSM Consulting, a leading technology services and data analytics consultancy, announced today that private equity firm Renovus Capital Partners has acquired a majority interest in the Company. The acquisition follows a historic period of growth for KSMC. In the past five years, KSMC has grown in size by 500 percent. That growth continues to accelerate, with 50 percent growth in the last year alone. Indianapolis accounting firm Katz, Sapper & Miller will retain a significant minority ownership in KSMC and a seat on the board of directors.
As a result of the change in ownership, KSMC president Mark Caswell will step into the role as chief executive officer to lead the organization into its new phase of growth.

In addition to new majority ownership, KSMC has announced it will immediately hire up to 30 new employees out of its Indianapolis headquarters to support the Company’s growth. The open positions include roles in data analytics, technology and project management.
