Crestview Partners is considering a full or partial sale of NEP Group Inc, Bloomberg reported. Carlyle Group LP, which owns a minority of NEP, has first option to buy Crestview’s majority stake, the story said. NEP, of Pittsburgh, is a broadcast services company. A sale of NEP would value the company at $2.5 billion, the story said.
