Soundcore Capital Partners, LLC announced today that its portfolio company, PumpMan Holdings LLC, has acquired, in partnership with respective management teams, W.C. Weil Company and Bartley Pump Inc. in separate transactions that simultaneously closed on August 25, 2017. This represents Soundcore’s twentieth and twenty first add-on acquisitions since inception in March 2015.

Headquartered in Allison Park, PA, WC Weil is an equipment and systems service provider for municipal water and waste water treatment pumping systems, offering new equipment sales, training, routine inspection, and other ancillary services to the greater Pittsburgh area. Bartley Pump, headquartered in Santa Rose, CA, services and repairs well pumps, motors, pressure tanks, filters, valves, and controls for commercial, agricultural, and municipal customers throughout the Bay and Napa regions of Northern California.
