Gen Cap America, Inc. announced today that it has partnered with management in its acquisition of Custom Plastic Specialties (CPS), based in Erie, Pennsylvania. This is the third investment Gen Cap America has made in its latest fund. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 1993, Custom Plastic Specialties recently celebrated its 25th anniversary. The company manufactures products it sells exclusively to promotional products distributors. Products include water bottles, stadium cups and steins, hand fans, tote bags, desk accessories, household and personal items, and many more. With over 300 items in the line, CPS is recognized for delivering excellent value in price and quality, while providing the highest level of service. The CPS management team led by Eric Enzbrenner and Kippie Helzel will stay on to run the company moving forward.
